TERMS & CONDITIONS
​Once you have completed your purchase, the artist will carefully package and send your painting or print to you via a tracked delivery service, accompanied with a handwritten note and certificate of authenticity. Though we endeavour to get your piece to you as soon as possible, please allow a month before delivery (unless stated otherwise), though if you are in need of faster delivery, feel free to send an email. You can expect to receive a tracking number via email once the piece is on its way to you.
For international deliveries, after you have received your tracking number we advise that you regularly check the status of your parcel. Whilst the artist takes care of all the export formalities, the recipient will be responsible for paying any import duties/taxes/customs clearance related fees that may be applicable in their country.
There is no returns policy unless the artwork has been damaged in transit, in which case, after receiving photographic evidence, a replacement artwork will be created by the artist.
